The Legends Charity Cricket Match on Sunday was fabulous. Hosted by Neston Cricket Club, the event had such a great atmosphere, with great food and a great effort by the two celebrity teams.
Jan Molby was otherwise engaged so the mantle of captain passed to Faisal Arif. Paul Ince was team captain of the other team and what a match they had, the winning team won by just 11 runs (but still with 2 players to bat). Great entertainment and fun had by everyone.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who came out and supported our Legends Charity Cricket Match, in support of the Tim Cogley Cardiac Screening Foundation. Your generosity, passion, and willingness to take part will make a positive difference.
PS. Don’t forget it’s the Memorial Golf Day on Friday Heswall Golf Club.
